• Complete and submit the online application to the NDIS Commission by
  responding to self-assessment questions

• Provide all required documents such as policies and procedures, forms and
  templates

• Support you to find and deal with the NDIS Quality auditor and facilitate
  the Verification Audit

• Provide training for you to feel confident to attend verification audit
